Government has attached Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Kathua Mr. Abdul Hafeez in the office of Divisional Commissioner Jammu pending enquiry in the matter of mutations in Bani, district Kathua allegedly without his jurisdiction, an offcial press release issued here today said.
