| Seeking NOC from employees violation of fundamental rights: JKEJAC | | | JAMMU MARCH 13 Taking strong notice of the instructions given by the government for disbursement of pay dues only after production of No Demand Certificate from the Power Development Department, the Jammu and Kashmir Employees Joint Action Committee( JKEJAC) has described it as uncalled for and unjust move of the government to harass the law abiding employees. The meeting also discussed the strike call on March 14 given by the Accounts Employees and decided to extend its full support to the Accounts cadre employees. The meeting among others was attended by Abdul Qayoom Wani, Mohammed Gafoor Dar, Balwan Singh Jamwal, G M Hamdard, Gankesh Khajuria, Arun Moza, Mohan Lal Sharma, Joginder Singh Manhas and Babu Hussain Malik.
