3-day pulse polio campaign concludes

The 3-day pulse polio campaign concluded here today by organizing camps at entry and exist gates of railway station, Arogya Sanjeevni Na Nagar and Guru Na Mission Hospital here for the left over children. These camps organized by the National Youth Child and Women Empowerment Society Na Nagar were inaugurated by Suman Kapil President of the society.
As a part of the program, the volunteers of the Society launched door to door campaign to cover all the left over children in slum areas of Jammu city. Around 800 children in the age group between the new born to five years were immunized at these camps.
Among others present on the occasion were Aman Kapil, Manjula Gupta, Ashu Gupta, Jasvinder, Kulvinder, Iqbal Singh, Karamjeet, Sukveer Singh, Rahul Gupta, Sanjeev Choudhry, Sudhir Kapil and Poonam Kumari.
