| Shiv Sena activists organize protest rally, denounce PDP | | | JAMMU MARCH 13 The activists of Shiv Sena led by its General Secretary Ashok Gupta today took put a protest rally from Parade Ground which culminated at City Chowk against ‘what it called the PDPs anti national demand of demilitarization in the state’. Taking strong notice of the PDP’s demand, Sharma alleged that on one hand the party wanted to remain in power and other hand it has been raising such frivolous issues which are fraught with dangerous consequences. Maintaining that the Chief Minister has already made it amply clear that there would be no troops’ withdrawal till militancy is not rooted out and complete peace is restored in the trouble torn state, he regretted that the PDP was still continuing to peruse the Pak President’s agenda to brow beat the senior alliance partner. ‘Asking Congress party to seize its relations with the PDP’, Shiv Sena leader said ‘let PDP to fight for their hollow slogan’ which is totally anti-national and against the interests of the people of the state. Urging the Governor for his intervention, the Shiv Sena leader said that voicing such a demand is detrimental to the security and integrity of the state and added that PDP should be legally restrained to raise such a demand. Among others who also spoke on the occasion included Suresh Kumar, Sham Lal, Lal Singh, Rajiv Bandhari, Pinka, Raj Kumar and Piyara Singh.
