| SP migrant cell demands bifurcation of ration cards | | | JAMMU MARCH 13
Migrant cell of the state unit of Samajwadi Party in a meeting with Bodh Raj Hakeem President in chair discussed the problems being faced by the retired migrant employees.
Strongly voicing the demand of bifurcation of ration cards of these hapless retired employees, the meeting urged the Chief Minister to direct the concerned Relief Organization authorities to dispose off the pending files relating to the retired migrant employees and order for bifurcation of their ration cards.
The meeting felt that bifurcation has become a necessity as the retired employees have to carry on with their families with a meager pension which is not only impracticable but rather difficult in view of rising prices and changed living standards.
