Locals alleged that these villages are reeling under an uncertainty of development projects as these palces still sans proper road connectivity and safe drinking water. In response to a request made by the earlier MP Ch Lal Singh the PHE has decided to bail out the water crisis-hit region by supplying potable water through water tank, once in a week people said. Agitated locals namely Man Singh, Romal Singh, Bhagwan Singh, and Swaran Singh pointed out that a tube well was constructed for the residents of Palail ironically benefits were doled to Dongue and Ghatti villages brushing aside the interests of village Palail. They said that only one tank per week is engaged in this far-flung village Palail and the families have to suffer due to the lack of water facilities. While referring to tube well sanctioned to Palail village which remained an illusion to them the locals maintained that it is injustice to them. It is urged the state government and district administration to investigate the Palail water project why the people were left to face the water crisis despite sanctioning of a tube well to Palail. |
