| Terrorist related incidents come down, Jaiswal | | | JAMMU MARCH 14 Union Minister of State for Home Sriprakash Jaiswal today informed Rajya Sabha that the Central Government has been consistently taking up the issue of cross border terrorism with Pakistan and confirmed involvement of Pak based ISI sponsored terrorists in several terrorist acts in different parts of the country including Jammu and Kashmir. He was replying to a question of Maya Singh in the Rajya Sabha today. When asked about the number of terrorist incidents having taken place in the state during 2005 and 2006, the Minister said that as reported by Jammu and Kashmir Government, there had been 1990 terrorist related incidents during 2005 while the number stood at 1667 during 2006.
