| Shia community denounces attack on 'Church' in Peshawar | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 24: expressing concerns over the dreaded terror attack in a Church in Peshawer Pakistan killing of 70 innocent people including women and children and many injured, the Shia United Front Jammu, today described most inhuman and barbaric act. However agreeing to the terror outfit that had claimed the responsibility had done it to avenge the drone strikes by USA but the Front felt it that the attack in this manner was not at all justified, the Shia leaders stated in a statement issued today. Front leaders condemning attack wished that minorities ( non-Muslims) should be given due protection in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Afghanistan and added it is the responsibility of the government to find out the culprits and ensure justice to the affected families. Shia United Front also was aghast to learn the killing of Muslims by the Muslims themselves in Iraq in sectarian clashes and said inability of the government to stop such kind of genocide- which of course has the backing of some Arab countries with the active blessings of the Western World. |
