Kathua, Sept 25: District administration Kathua today paid floral tributes to Rakesh Gupta, senior KAS officer who breathed his last, two days ago at Srinagar.
A condolence meeting was organized at Deputy Commissioner office complex in Kathua. At the outset, Bharat Bhushan, CEO Lakhanpur- Sarthal Development Authority gave a brief resume on the KAS officer, who was native of district Kathua & rendered services in Industries, CA & PD & Science and Technology departments. A galaxy of media persons also paid floral tributes. Later, a two minutes silence was observed as mark of respect to the departed soul. |
