JAMMU, Sept 25: A large no of persons joined Congress Seva DaL under the chairmanship of Vipan Nischal Jammu Chief Congress Seva Dal (urban) in an impressive function held at ward no.2 circular road Jammu.
While addressing the new joint entrance in party fold, Nischal ensured that party is fully committed for overall development of J&K state.
Party is working under the dynamic leadership of Soina Gandhi , Rahul Gandhi & Ghulam Nabi Azad for the uplift of poor & weaker section of society. Nischal also appealed the people of Rural & Urban area to avail the benefits of scheme launched by Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad.
