| J&K High Court Staff Welfare Association Election | | Bashir Ahmed elected President and Joginder Singh elected General Secretary | |
Jammu, August, 03 :-The election J&K High Court Staff Welfare Association was held today simultaneously at Jammu and Srinagar for the posts of President and General Secretary.
According to the result Mr. Bashir Ahmed Mir elected President by securing 225 votes out of 316 total votes polled. S Joginder Singh elected as General Secretary by securing 127 votes. There was very hot contest for the post of General Secretary whereas four candidates were in the fray and Joginder Singh has made hatric.
President and General Secy thanked to Mr. Mk Hanjura Registrar Judicial Srinagar who was the chief election officer and Polling Officer Mr. Abdul Qayoom Deputy Registrar Srinagar and Mr. RK Kachroo Deputy Registrar Jammu for conducting free and fair elections. JNF
