| Bua Daati Temple case | | Court restrains non applicants from undue interference | | JAMMU, MAR 16 Additional Munsif, Forest Magistrate Jammu has restrained the non applicants sponsored and supported by Superintendent of Police (Security) Civil Secretariat from causing any sort of interference into the functioning of the Bua Daati Temple Management Committee Trust, the applicant, till next date of hearing. This order, is however, subject to objections to be filed by the other side, the Court ordered and fixed the April, 7 as next date for hearing. The Bau Daati Trust and the Management Committee has filed an application in the Court, alleging therein that SP Security Civil Secretariat Jammu has been politicizing and communalizing the religious issues which is none of the business of a Police officer, seeking restraining the self styled members and office bearers of the committee, patronized, sponsored and supported by the SP. The Court, according to a Management Committee hand out, is reported to have restrained Thakur Daas Saini, SP Security, Sat Paul Saini of Sanjay Nagar presently ex-officer local body in Udhampur and Ved Paul son of Bishan Dass of Bishnah and Ghar Singh son of Ram Labhaayaa of Bishnah from interfering into the affairs of the Trust and asked for filing objections, if any, before April 7, the next date of hearing.
