| Court dismisses KAS aspirants petition, finds him ineligible | | | Jammu | March 19 Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir of JK High Court Jammu wing in a writ petition filed by Kapil Sharma in which the petitioner claims that he was declared successful in preliminary and main examination of J&K Combined Competitive Examination (KAS), observed that the petitioner was ineligible on his own showing, because he obtained Bachelor’s Degree on June 20, 2006 whereas he appeared in J&K Combined Competitive Examination (KAS) in 2005 Justice Mir, after hearing Advocate BS Bali appearing for the petitioner and Advocate FA Natnoo vice Sr. Adv DC Raina appearing for the PSC, and refereed various judgments of the Supreme Court, observed that the petition is also liable to be dismissed on another counts as the petitioner has not challenged 2nd notification of January 21, 2007 wherein three candidates were interviewed because of the cancellation of the candidature of the petitioner. Those persons were necessary parties and have not been arrayed as party respondents to the petitioner. With these observations, Court dismissed the petition, as the petitioner has not been able to make out a case for admission.
