| Help West Pak refugees: Gupta | | | Jammu, Mar 20
Sr. Congress leader Janak Raj Gupta and after hearing the problems of the west partition refugees action committee urged upon the government to solve their problems at the earliest .
He said that the survey about the number of families leaving in J&K should be completed at the earliest and they should be given their due. Mr Janak Raj Gupta said that some time earlier he met the honb’le Home Minister of India along with a deputation who also promised to help to solve their problems at the earliest
Mr. Janak Raj Gupta also said that the farmers in Jammu area have suffered a great loss on the crops has been damaged due to heavy untimely rains. He also urged upon the government to pay adequate compensation to those formers whose crops have been damaged.
The refugees action committee comprises Baldev Raj President, Ajit Singh vise President, Chaman Lal, Mangal Dass Sanji Ram, Babu Ram, Charan Dass, Puran Chand,
