In order to listen to the problems of the masses and to redress them, Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Babu Singh held various public meetings at Kathua the other day.
At Bediah Pattan, about 10 Kmsa from Kathua, a public meetings was held in which Engineers of PHE, PDD and other district officers besides large number of people of he area were present.
The public of the area projected various demands which include construction of road from Kathua to Jagatpur, providing of high capacity of electric transformer, opening of Animal Husbandry dispensary, as the area being occupied by Farming community, Matador service from Kathua-Basohli road, opening of primary school in the areas and to provide recreational facilities, construction of a park. Among others, S. Manohar Singh, Rattan Chand, Ashok Sharma, Kissan Union President, Karan Singh, Som Nath, Roop Lal, Satish Sharma and others accompanied the minister.
