| BJP demands to invoke Governor rule in the state | | | Early Times Reporter

The congress led coalition government has lost its constitutional and moral authority to rule the state even for a day claimed Hariom vice president and spokesman of BJP. He further added that the manner in which the coalition partners are seeking to let each other down publicly and in the cabinet meetings is a clear indication of breakdown of constitutional machinery. PDP has been openly subverting the whole system by boycotting the cabinet meetings on dangerous and anti national issues as demilitarization and revocation of the Armed forces special powers act (AFSPA).
He said that BJP has no hesitation in saying that those responsible for the protection and promotion of national interests and national sovereignty are themselves acting mina manner that helps Pakistan and its agents in J&K.
Congress led coalition has no right to remain in power .The ruling coalition defeated all the bills which were aimed at bringing J&K closer to New Delhi. The ruling coalition has adopted all those bills, which could promote communalism and separatism – bills on the state flag, protection of Pandit temples and shrines in valley and shariat.
He said that the time has come to invoke section 92 of the J&K constitution and bring the state under governor rule to get rid of this undesirable coalition and set things right in the state.
