| CMO pays surprise visit to health centers | | Many fined on spot, show cause notice issued to two absentees | |
Rajouri, Nov 7: Maintaining proper work culture and regularity and punctuality CMO Rajouri paid surprise visit to many health centers situated in far flung areas of District Rajouri.
Newly appointed Chief Medical Officer Dr Rajeev Sharma paid visit to Community Health Centre (CHC) Sranoo where he found two employees absent from duty.
He also found one nurse knitting during duty time. Taking a strict notice he fined Rs 500 to the nurse on the spot. CMO also issued show cause notice to two absent employees. He then visited PHC Siot, Lamberi, Noushera, Sunderbani , Kalakot and issued strict instructions to maintain proper work culture and maintain punctuality and regularity. CMO during incessant rains also visited Thannamandi area and in CHC Thannamandi he found three employees who arrived late at duty.
He fined the late comers on the spot. Dr Sharma also visited CHC Shahdhara Sharief, CHC Nadiyan and sub district hospital Darhal. At SDH Darhal some employees were found arriving late on duty and they were subsequently fined on the spot. CMO also expressed his dissatisfaction on the number of patients in Darhal sub district hospital . CMO issued instructions to BMO Darhal for providing best health care facilities to the patients in the hilly area of Rajouri district. He also issued instructions to maintain discipline and punctuality as well as regularity so that patients may not suffer. |
