Roof collapses, one killed 11/7/2013 10:15:05 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Nov 7: A labourer died after the roof an under construction building caved in at Malhar area of the district. According to sources, the roof of an under construction residential building owned by Balwan Singh of Malhar collapsed in which a labourer working there got trapped and received serious injuries. People took the injured labourer to District Hospital, Udhampur where doctors declared him as brought dead. The deceased was identified as Ram son of Mesa of Mand Udhampur.
