One held, 26 bovine animals rescued 11/7/2013 10:14:54 PM Jammu, Nov 7: Police today arrested one alleged bovine smuggler and rescued 26 animals while successfully foiling a bovine smuggling bid at Narwal Chowk here today, police said. According to police reports Narwal police laid a naka at Narwal Chowk and intercepted one Truck (JK02AQ-5593) and on search of the said vehicle, police party rescued 26 bovine animals being transported from Jammu to Srinagar without any permission from the concerned authority.
