JAMMU, Nov 7: A deputation of Jat representatives, led by Ch. Manmohan Singh, former Mayor Jammu, and President All India Jat Mahasabha, J&K, today met the Parliament Sub Committee (PSC), to express their concern over the unresolved issues faced by displaced families as well as border area residents, inclusive of all communities, but majority Jats. They intended to take up these long pending issues, to concerned quarters, for early settlement and implementation to minimize the miseries of these people, whose issues are not settled even after 65 years of Independence. The delegation conveyed the expectations of these helpless people, that Govt. should come forward in letter and spirit, at state and central level to settle the issues of these victims of INDO-PAK WARS of 1947, 1965 & 1971. The delegation representing these border area residents, instilled their hope that this Parliamentary Sub Committee shall regard our community issues with swift action, and save these people from disappointment of negligence, as has always been before. Ch. Manmohan Singh expressed his gratitude to parliamentary sub committee, who took the chance to discuss the refugee issues with Jat delegation. Others who were the part of delegation were: Ch.
