VAP, JIAR organize two health awareness sessions

Jammu, Nov 7: Vishaw Ayurved Parishad (VAP) in collaboration with Jammu Institute of Ayurved and Research (JIAR) under the patron ship of Roop Lal Sharma organized two health awareness sessions for the inmates of Home for Aged and Infirm and Bal Niketan, Balika Neketan
Ved Mandir Jammu. According to press release the inmates were motivated to share their health problems and counseling was offered to them by the office bearers of VAP including Govind Ram Gupta, Shabir Ahmed Matto, Jatinder Gupta, Arun Jandial, Sheristha Gupta, Virinder Gupta and Dr. KD Gupta. Addressing the inmates, Arun Jandial said that there was no shortcuts to health and like wealth, health was also to be cared by following the principles of health. The inmates were extremely pleased to listen the practical solutions offered by the Ayurvedists and resolved to follow the principles of health including balanced diet, regular exercises and meditation, good sleep and socially useful and productive life.
