JAMMU, Nov 7: Addl Deputy Commissioner Reasi Rrajinder Singh Tara inspected various schools and offices to check punctuality of government officials.
Offices of Education, Rural Development, Municipality and Irrigation and Flood control were inspected where three officials were found absent from duty.
Accordingly Junior Engineer I&FC Som Dutt Khajuria, Teachers Sushma Koushal and Rani Devi were placed under suspension.
While Som Dutt Khajuria JE was reported to be absent from duty since one month, and teachers Sushma Koushal and Rani Devi since few days. Deputy Commissioner Shahid Iqbal has ordered an inquiry in the matter by Chief Education Officer and Executive Engineer I&FC within one week. All the officers have already been directed to maintain movement register and attendance record. |
