Working of RTO Jammu disappointing: SDP 11/7/2013 11:20:40 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 7: Socialistic Democratic Party General Secretary Ajay Kumar has criticized the State Transport Authority of taking the people of Jammu far granted as the License Issuing process has been suspended for last several months now In Jammu. 'It is surprising to see the Regional Transport Office at Jammu without the License Cards for months now. The inconvenience of the people is not at all taken note of,' said Ajay Kumar in a statement issued from SDP Headquarter today. He expressed his surprise over the non-availability of the License Cards in RTO office at Jammu. 'Despite a huge license fee received from the license seekers, the department has failed in providing the requisite printed stationary needed for issuing of driving licenses thus putting a huge population to great troubles.
