| ASCOMS Employees serve strike notice to management | | | Jammu MARCH 23
Ascoms Employees Welfare Association has served strike notice to the management of the Batra Hospital in protest against its failure to redress their pending demands, grievances and enhancement in salaries.
In an urgent meeting of the Association held under the chairmanship of its General Secretary Harbans Choudrhry the executive body was informed that strike notice has been served to the management as per the decision of the general body meeting.
The meeting regretted that the management did not take the demands seriously and instead tried to suppress the genuine demands of the employees and alleged that the management lacks professional approach towards its low paid employees and has adopted pick and choose policy.
The meeting among others was attended by Rajesh Partap, Sachin Bali, Parkash Kulbhushan Sharma, Ravinder Slathia, Garo Devi and Sanjay, a Association handout said.
