| Shabir elected Congress Seva Dal district organizer | | | DODA MARCH 24
Congress Seva Dal Doda Unit ,in its meeting held at Ramban, with Khurshid Ahmed Misger State Organizer in chair, elected Shabir Ahmed Sheikh as district organizer.
The meeting also discussed several organizational matters including strengthening of the Seva Dal at the grass roots level and resolved to carry forward the policies and programmes of the Azad led coalition government in the state.
The meeting also expressed shock over the death of 6th class student Ujala Devi daughter of Rattan Singh of Hydel and Mansa Devi wife of Ishru Mahasha of Bhejja Bhaderwah, who washed away in flash floods while crossing Neru Nallahr recently. The meeting demanded immediate grant of ex-gratia relief to the deceased families.
Among others present in the meeting included Mangatullah Anger, Kanth Lal, Mohammed Ashraf Zargar, Om Pal, Asif Iqbal Banday, Shanker Singh, Ghulam Hassan Tak, Mohi-ud-din Naik, Mushtaq Ahmed and Dharminder Singh Sambyal.
