| Air Force trekking expedition team flagged off | | | Jammu March 24
To mark the Platinum Jubilee celebration of the Indian Air Force, a trekking expedition under the aegis of Air Force Station Udhampur, has been organized from Dharamshalla to Khaeareri in Himachal Pradesh. The expedition team of 15 air warriors led by Sqn Ldr MPS Solanki was flagged off by Air Vice- Marshal Anil Chopra, Air Officer Commanding Jammu and Kashmir. The team would cover tough terrains through Dharamshala, Makloudkang and Khaeareri hill covering the hard terrain in a period of five days. The station had earlier also undertaken a bicycle expedition from Udhampur to Wagah border.
