| ReT teachers threaten to resume agitation | | | Jammu Mar 26 Rahbar-e-Taleem teachers have threatened to resume their agitation in case government fails to keep its promise of fulfilling their demands including the enhancement of salaries and reduction in the qualifying service for regularization. The Rahbar-e-Taleem Teachers forum called off their strike last month after chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad gave them assurance that their demands would be conceded. As per a press statement issued here today, the All Jammu and Kashmir Rahbar-e-Taleem teachers/ EVs Forum at a meeting has decided to resume their strike if Government did not keep the promises it made with them last month after which they called off their strike. Release said that, the forum has decided to take up the agitation again if government fails to come up with a positive decision in the next cabinet meeting.
