| KPs to organize Havan at Badrikali temple | | | Jammu, Mar 26 Kashmiri pandit community is going to organize a Havan tomorrow at Mata badrikali Handwara area of North Kashmir for the prosperity and communal amity in the valley on the eve of Ramnavmi. As per a release issued here today, the prayers will be held for the restoration of peace in the Kashmir valley. KP community has unflinching faith in one of the most ancient temple goddess Badrikali temple of the Valley and is the source of inspiration and strength for all those who offer worship there. Badrikali temple is two hours road journey from Srinagar located in Handwara area of North Kashmir. Advocate Bushan lal Pandita, M K Pandita and a number of other Kashmiri Hindus have already proceeded to badrikali Handwara Kashmir to make arrangements for congregation. Muslim population of the area have hailed the home coming of the Pandit brethren for the occasion and described it as a step in right direction. The locals of Handwara are all eagerly waiting for the start of the Havan, the release said.
