| Attempt to murder accused held | | | Udhampur | Mar 26
Udhampur police today managed to arrest two accused in attempt to murder case who were wanted in a case in the police station. According to reports, two days back two persons attacked a person with sharp edged weapons with the intention to kill him. After injuring him seriously, both the accused fled from the spot leaving behind the victim in pool of blood a person.
Thereafter, an attempt to murder case was registered against both the accused and hunt launched to nab them. This morning, the accused were arrested from the place where they were hidden. They have been identified as Shakeel Ahmed son of Rashid and Shafiq Ahmed son of Mohd Iqbal both residents of Kheri, Udhampur.
