BJP Anusuchit Morcha holds meeting

The state executive meeting of BJP Anusuchit Jaati Morcha, Jammu and Kashmir, was held at Dalit Sahitya Academy, Roop Nagar, here today The meeting was chaired by former Governor, Babu Parmanand and state BJP Gen. Secretary Bali Bhagat.
Various organizational as well as issues related to SC/ST community were discussed in the meeting and it was decided to celebrated the birthday of Baba Saheb, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar on April 14, at State BJP headquarters.
While addressing the meeting, Parmanand said that the present coalition government of State has severely ignored the poor and scheduled caste community and this fact has been proved by the government by passing SRO-294.
Bhagat, in his address, charged the Congress-led coalition of violating reservation roaster norms while making Rehbar Taleem, Rehbar Ziraat, contractual and other such appointments.
Citing a glaring example, he disclosed that no age relaxation was granted to SC candidates in an advertisement issued recently by the Police department for filling up of posts of Sub Inspectors in the State.
On this occasion, organizational responsibilities wee also given to the state office bearers of Morcha. Former MLA Prem Lal, Surinder Bhaghat, Dina Nath Bhaghat, and Adarsh Kumar were announced prabharis for Kathua, Akhnoor, Udhampur and Jammu districts respectively. While SC morcha President Narsingh Dass Rajwal shall pay special attention to Jammu East Mandal, Raj Kumar, Raj Kumar Bhaghat, Sunil Kumar and Capt. Moti Lal has been announced Morcha Prabharis for Janipur, Talab Tillo, Gandhi Nagar and Gandhi Nagar Satwari mandals of Jammu district.
Next meeting of State Executive of SC Morcha is scheduled to be held on 8th of April.
Prominent among others who attended the meeting were Bansi Lal Bharti, Chaman Lal Kanathia, Manohar Lal, Balwan Singh, Ashok Gandhi,Mohan Thapa, Sakeena Banu, Hakiqat Singh, Arun Kumar and Krishan Lal.
