| NYK Rajouri invites application of National service volunteers | | | Jammu, March 28, 2007.
Nehru Yuva Kendra, Rajouri has invited applications from the dedicated youth, both male and female, for the deployment of National Service Volunteers for the Year 2007-08. The youth who will be selected as National Service Volunteers will have to render one year of service for the development of the country.
The posts of National Service Volunteers are lying vacant in the blocks of Rajouri, Thanamandi, Darhal, Manjakote, Nowshera, Sunderbani, Kalakote and Budhal blocks of Rajouri district.
The applicant must be the resident of that block where he/she is to be deployed. The candidates having experience in Social Work and having Computer knowledge will be given preference.
Applications can be given on a plain paper with all the details with one passport size photograph pasted on the right side of the application form. Applicants should enclose Photostat copies of all the certificates, which should be attested by a gazetted officer, and a self addressed envelope along-with the application form. The applications should be deposited in the office of District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Near Stationery Depot, Jawahar Nagar, Rajouri.
The selected candidates will be paid a monthly honorarium of Rs. 2,500/- in lieu of his/her services. The candidates applying for the post of National Service Volunteers should possess minimum qualification of Graduation. However, for SC/ST and female candidates, the minimum qualification should be 10+2. The age of general category candidates should be below 27 years as on 31st March 2008 while for SC/ST and female candidates, the age should be below 30 years as on 31st March 2008.
The last date for submission of application forms in the office of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Rajouri is 5th April 2007. |
