| EKMPA holds meeting, stresses to get back KPs land grabbed by mafia | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 12: Encroached Kashmiri Migrant Property Association (EKMPA) held meeting in office premises here today.
According to press release, the meeting was chaired by, EKMPA president Vijay Raina. Addressing the meeting, Raina said that the association would take all the steps to get back the encroached land which has been ficticiously mutated and records have been tempered by the land mafia.
"To get the actual details of the land encroached or grabbed a 'Data Form' was released which will be distributed among the migrants who's property has been encroached", he informed the meeting, adding that on getting these Data Forms duly filled with proper records of the property encroachment. "All the details will be computerized and produced to the government for its action against the encroachers and immediate possession to the actual owners", he said.
In the meeting future course of action was discussed for the injustice being done to the migrants by the different agencies of the government in the valley. The meeting was attended by Moti Lal Hali, Chuni Lal Raina, Shadi Lal Kanth, Vijay Badgami, Vinod Ji Razdan, Abnow Zutshi and Prabiji Warikoo. |
