JAMMU, Jan 12: Dubbing the present coalition as "zero performance government", candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat Yash Pal Sharma today said that Omar Abdullah led regime has failed completely on all front due to lack of experience of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. "Young Chief Minister required proper training to handle a sensitive state like Jammu and Kashmir", he said while addressing series of public meetings at Ambedkar Nagar and Nardani Raipur in Raipur-Domana assembly segment. Sharma added that performance of government has been affecting due to internal bickering. "This is not a coalition but a collusion regime where parties lack census on important issues", he observed. Sharma further said that the political constitutional apparatus of the government has crumbled and development has come to a grinding halt and credibility of the government was at its lowest ebb. Describing ministers of the ruling coalition as paper tigers, he said that ministers existed only on papers and in media but had failed in delivering on the ground and in implementing the state as well as centrally sponsored schemes in their respective departments. "Coalition ministers are experts in self-praise and in making loud announcements and pronouncements but the output on the ground is negligible", he said. Flaying the apathetic attitude of the government towards the plight of unemployed youth, Yash Pal Sharma, MLC said that government had failed to take any action to even advertise the available 50000 odd vacancies in various government departments. Suram Singh, Rajinder Singh Manhas, Chaman Manyal, Lal Chand, Haji Taj Khan, Som Nath, Daleep Baru, Madan Lal, Sansar Chand, Rehmat Khan, Daljeet Manyal, Munish Sharma, K K Sharma, Puneet Jamwal, Pappy, Som Nath and others also spoke on the occasion. |
