| ZKP to hold protest | | | Doda Mar 29
Zila Vikas Party, (ZKP) has decided to organize demonstrations in protest against the government’s anti-people, anti-farmers and anti-youth policies.
Announcing this here at a press conference, district President, Abdul Hafiiz, said that the demonstrations would be organized through out the district from next week, in which about 1000 party workers are expected to participate.
He said the claims being made about massive developmental works taking places are completely hollow and several rural areas are without roads despite 60 years of Independence. He said the people of the district are fed up with the functioning of the government led by Congress because they are working against the working class and failed to control unemployment and price hike .He said that the slogan of the Congress government is not ‘Khushal Kashmir’ but ‘Khushal Parivar’ and demanded Governor’s Rule in the state.
Thakur Daljit Singh and Rajinder Parihar senior party leaders also spoke on the occasion and criticized the state government and demanded justice for all with out any creed and caste.
