Kathua, Jan 24 : The activists of Speak India Environment Foundation (SIEF), today organised a programme on the eve of "National Youth Day" in the premises of Baba Ballo Devji College of Paramedical Sciences Kathua under the leadership of its Executive Member Naresh Kumar. During the programme, the activists and students of the college were paid tributes to Swami Vivekanand by lightning the lamp and flowers to the portrait of Swami Vivekananda. While addressing the gathering, Naresh said that this national youth week is dedicated to the young writer, dynamic, social pillar and icon of the youth. He added that Swami Vivekanand played a very important role in the overall development of the society and that it is our duty to follow the path of Swami Vivekanand. The students of the college also presented a brief note on Swami Vivekanand life on the occasion. Those who were present on the occasion included Dr Sindu Sharma principal Baba Ballo Dev Ji College of Paramedical Sciences, Vinay Khajuria, Suman, Sumit Kumar, Rishu Devi, Beenakshi, Lalita, Meena Kumari, Jyoti Devi, Nisha, Reena, Jai Mala, Tripta, Meenakshi and Sanjay. |
