Jammu, Jan 24: In a atypical incident, a boy attracting undue attention of cops when he was forcing his girl friend to his car and all romance faded away after cops deployed at MA Stadium for security ahead of Republic Day booked him for misbehaving with the traffic cops and security forces as well.
As per police reports, the incident took place when a boy identified as Mohit Bali was insisting his girl friend to sit in his car, the request was refused by the girl. "Their prolonged spat not only irked his girlfriend but also resulted the cause of traffic jam forcing the traffic police to intervene, police sources said while adding, "the boy in turn, started misbehaving with the traffic cops, in front of MA Stadium, which in turn has attracted the attention of security personnel at the gate.
"Sensing likelihood of more trouble, the girl escaped from the spot leaving him at the hands of police personnel who beat him badly,' sources said. Police said, "thereafter, Nowabad Police have registered a case against him under relevant section for obstructing police officials to perform their duties while youth was hospitalized at the GMC&H.' |
