PHQ orders 17 promotions in Police Telecom 1/27/2014 10:18:33 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 27: Police Headquarters (PHQ) today issued promotions orders of 17 officers in Police Telecommunication Cadre. The officers include 10 Sub-Inspectors and 7 Assistant Sub-Inspectors. The Sub-Inspectors promoted as Inspectors are Farooq Ahmed, Ghulam Hassan Itoo, Abdul Rashid, Ghulam Nabi Baba, Gian Singh, Mohammad Issa, Ravinder Kumar Dhar, Vaid Paul Modeel, Ghulam Nabi and Manjeet Singh.
