| Niaz visits Doda | | | Jammu 29 March
Former Power Minister and Member Legislative Council Mohd ShariefNiaz conducted second phase of his tour to District Doda after becoming the MLC Sh. Niaz was taken in Motor-code of hundreds of vehicles from Pul Doda to Bhaderwah. During his journey he was received by thousands of people waiting on either sides of the road from Pul Doda to Bhaderwah to felicitate their beloved Leader. Sh. Niaz was received everywhere with beating of drums, with Congress banners and garlands.
Sh. Niaz addressed largely attended gatherings at Pranoo, Saree, Neota and Drudu emote his journey from Pul Doda to Bhaderwah.
On reaching Bhaderwah thousands of people were gathered at Saree Chowgan, Sh. Niaz was received here with beating of drums and slogans like Smt. Sonia Gandhi Zinda Abad, Azad Sahib Zinda bad congress party Zinda Bad. The moment Sh. Niaz reached on dias, he was presented a Bhaderwahi Turban.
Speakers while addressing the gathering thanked Smt. Sonia Gandhi Ji, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Ji and Hon 'ble Chief Minister Azad Sahib for selecting most dedicated, committed honest and generally known as the Masiha of down Troddan people Mohd Sharief Niaz as MLC. Speakers appreciated CM G N Azad for the historical steps being taken by him for all round Development of all the three regions of J&K State in general and Bhaderwah in particular. Those who spoke on this occasion were, Vind Kumar councilar, Taraq Hussain Batt, Rajinder Kumar Sarpench, Mohd Aslam wani, Pritam Kotwal, Satpaul Parihar, Shabeer Ahmed Khan Jan Mohd. Mohd Ashraf Sarpench Ram Lal and others while addressing the gathering, Sh. Niaz thanked the people for falicitating him warmely and for the love, affection they always have expressed for him and for the faith and confidence they have always reposed in him.
Sh. Niaz while highlighting the achievements made by the coalition Govt said, that the present Govt, has done a lot for the development of J&K in general and Bhaderwah, Distt Doda in particular creation of eight districts, three Sub Districts and more than a dozen Tehsils, introducing work culture Eradication of corruption, Red Tapism, steps for road connectivity on war footing, and promoting Tourism, and providing thousands crores of rupees for other sectors for development in the state, providing 16.60 lacs Govt land free of cost to poor farmers are the land marks and historical steps of Govt, led by CM Gh. Nabi Azad Sh. Niaz said that all these steps are leading towards the "Khushhaall Kashmir",A dr~am of Hon 'ble Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad which will "lnshalla" come true. ..
Sh. Niaz at the end of his speech said that the police security forces and civil administration should be responsive, honest, efficient and friendly people. |
