New Delhi, March 29
Working Group on strengthening of center-state relations held its meting today here under the chairmanship of Justice (Retd.) S. Saghir Ahmad.
The meeting discussed matters pertaining to centre-state relations and participant members from various political parties put-forth their view points and deliberated upon in detail.
Members who participated in today’s meeting included Union Minister for Water Resources Prof. Saif ud-Din Soz, Speaker J&K Legislative Assembly Mr. Tara Chand, Mr. N. N. Vohra, Mr. Arun Jaitley, Abdul Rahim Rather, Ch. Mohammad Aslam, Mr. Harshdev Singh, Sheikh Abdil Rehman, Mr. A. R. Takroo, Mr. M. Y. Taing, Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Mr. Usman Majeed, Mr. Tupstan Chewang, Mr. Ajay Chrengoo, Mr. M. Y. Tarigami, Mr. Yashpaul Bagath, Mr. Iqbal Manhas.
Commissioner Co-ordination Mr. Ajit Kumar was also present in the meeting. |
