16TH Dera Kesari Vishal Dangal 2007 will be held on April 13, 2007 at Katra, according to Dera Baba Banda Bahadur Dangal Committee and Baba Banda Bahadur Sikh Samudai.
The wrestling matched will be held under the auspices of Indian Style Wrestling Association, under the chairmanship of Shiv Kumar Sharma, president of J&K Wrestling Association.
In this meeting, Sharma informed that about 60-65 wrestlers from within and outside state will take part in the Vishal Dangal.
Capt. Lehar Singh, Mohd. Fareed, Master Ram Krishan, Sardari Lal Dubey, R.S. Manhas, Vijay Singh, Laxman Singh, Pappu Lahri have been appointed as technical officials.
The members, who attended the meeting included Baba Jatinder Paul Singh Gaddi Nasheen, Dera Baba Banda Bahadur and Baba Banda Bahadur Sikh Samudai, Malik Ram, Lubhaya, Paruthi (chairman) Sant Kumar Juneja (President), V.P. Makar, Sanjay Kumar, Mohan Singh, Sardari Lal Dubey, and R.S.Manhas, NCC officer, Katra.
