| Madan appreciates State Govt for forming administrative units | | | Jammu, Feb 2: Madan Lal Sharma Member Parliament Jammu Poonch Constituency appreciated State Government for approving Constitution of Administrative Units viz SDMs, Tehsils, CD Blocks, Naibats in all the three Regions of the State.
He said that Jammu Division got a due share but maintained that there is scope of more such units in view of tough terrain and population. He appealed the State Government to expedite the process of starting working of new units for providing fast delivery to the people as enshrined in Public Service Guarantee Act.
He called upon the people to strengthen the bond of Amity and brotherhood for the overall development of the State in particular and National in general. Sharma said that peace, amity and brotherhood are pre-requisite for the progress and prosperity of the state or society. He asked people to be aware of the communal forces which will try to divide people for their vested interests. He also felt the need to encourage the peace loving communities and discouragement to the trouble mongers and peace disturbing elements.
Sharma also appealed people of Jammu to put a united face so that power is shared between Kashmir and Jammu Division with Major share of Jammu in Parliamentary as well as in State Assembly. He made it clear that it is only the Congress party which can share the power in the State and called upon the people to support Congress in forthcoming Parliament Election for the interest of Jammu.
