JTC installs Shiv lingam

Jammu, Feb 2: Jagti Tenement Committee laid foundation of a temple and installed Shiv lingam near lane No 14 at Kashmiri Migrant township Jagti here today.
Earlier Bhoomi Pujan was performed and foundation stone for construction of the state-of-art temple in the camp was laid. Speaking on the occasion JTC president Shadi Lal Pandita said that the land was allotted to construct a state of art temple in which Idols of Lord Shiva and Jwala Ji will be installed, by the government but it failed to construct a temple on it. Now with the full cooperation of camp inmates who donated generously for the cause to construct a state of art temple in the camp. Pandita also appealed to community members for generous donations for the construction of the temple.
