NSF appeals Govt to fill vacant post of chairman JKBOSE 2/14/2014 10:44:41 PM Jammu, Feb 14: National Secular Forum (NSF) has appealed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to fill the key post of Chairman Board of School Education (BOSE) at the earliest. NSF President Sukhdev Singh in a press statement said that it is regrettable that post of chairman BOSE is remaining vacant for the past more than eleven months. "JKBOSE is presently run by Secretary School Education, he said and added BOSE is running without Chairman since last eleven months & the responsibility has been given to Commissioner Secretary who sits in Civil Secretariat. He added due to non availability of Commissioner Secretary creates lot of problems are faced by students and local residents of Jammu & Kashmir.
