SRINAGAR, AUGUST 04 – Consequent upon motion moved by Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Muzaffar Hussain Baig and adopted by the House today, the suspension of Mr. Sharief-ud-Din Shariq, Member Legislative Assembly has been revoked from the date of such suspension, in terms of proviso to sub-rule (2) of Rule 411 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. |
