| Romesh for spreading preachings of Swami-Vivekanand | | |
Jammu, April 02
A religious function of Arya Samaj Samelan was held at Lambali Nowshera in district Rajouri in which thousands of devotees participated. Minister of State for Industries and Commerce and PHE DR. Romesh Chander Sharma presided over the function.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister stressed for following the preachings of Swami Dayanand and Swami Vivekanand Ji to new generation and educate them about their upright character, which he said is need of the hour.
In response to the demand putforth by the people of the area, the Minister announced Rs 2.5 lakh out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for the construction of community hall and road from Lambali to Arya Samaj Colony.
Swami Sukh Nand also spoke on the occasion and threw light on the teachings of Swami Dayanand and Swami Vivekanand.
