Kathua, Feb 24: ITI Trained Daily Rated Workers Union of PHE today held a strong protest demonstration demanding to formulate regularization policy for ITI Trained workers, C.P workers, need based workers and release of pending wages of CP and need based workers, at Shaheed Bhagat Singh park, Kathua here today. The protest demonstration was led by the state president of the Union Tanveer Hussain. In his address, he stated that we all the semi employees are victim of apathy of the state government and being denied of justice. We are making our both ends meet very hardly and all these worst conditions are just due the undemocratic and apathetic approaches of the state government towards us. He said that Government of Jammu and Kashmir had engaged ITI trained workers vide Govt. Cabinet Decision No 116/04 dated 11/05/2006, but till date no policy for regularization has been framed by the Government. In the protest demonstration Subash Chander, Deepak Gupta, Chandan Singh, Munish Abrol, Manjeet Singh, Manohar Lal, Bushan Sharma, Vinod Verma, Sajad Ahmad, Mustaq, and several others were present. |
