Kathua, Feb 24: The Sikh Youth Welfare Society (SYWS) criticized the various schemes launched by state government alleging that these schemes failed to fulfill its objectives. While addressing to media persons, Shagun Deep Singh Bali, Member, The Sikh Youth Welfare Society, Kathua who came ahead today and said that there are several beneficial schemes are being introduced by state government could reach at ground level and in the hands of exact beneficiaries due the lack of proper monitoring and follow-up policies in the part of high officials and legislators. While criticizing the ignorance, in fact voluntarily try to avoid the same, Shagun added that Public Service Guarantee Act 2011, dated 9th of Apr.2011, commonly known as Act no. IX of 2011 is a mace in the hands of helpless and common people to get benefit of the scheme being introduced by government for the welfare of the society but local officers indulged in corruption try to conceal such rules and regularization voluntarily at the aim to make delay in the workings and harass the common person on the name of rule and regularization. He added that Government has issued an order to officials for proper flaunt of rule and regularizations and beneficial schemes outside the offices of Tehsildars and Naib tehsildars but that is not follow properly even they voluntarily ignore the proper flaunt of hording at the aim to harass the common person so that they may not frequently approach in the offices. |
