28 vehicles challaned 3/6/2014 10:42:35 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Mar 6: In continuance of its drive against the traffic rule violations the Billawar Police under the supervision of SP Kathua Mohan Lal today challaned 28 vehicles. A number of Police Nakas were established on the Billawar town in district Kathua by the SHO Billawar Naresh Kumar.
