| Zargar chairs cabinet sub-committee | | |

A Cabinet Sub Committee meeting held here today which decided that groups representing retired sainiks from different areas will be asked to elect their representatives who will keep regular support with the government and take up matter of welfare and bring problem to the notice of government for early redressal.
The committee discussed in detail the problems of such Sainik retirees particularly looking up for avenues in government and semi-government organizations where they could be absorbed.
Minister for Agriculture and Cooperatives Mr. Abdul Aziz Zargar who presided over the meeting said that sainik’s contribute most to the country.
Minister for Power Mr. Rigzin Jora, Minister for R&B Mr. Gulchain Singh Charak, Financial Commissioner Home Mr. B. R. Kundal, Director Sainik Welfare State Brigadier K.R. Kotwal and other senior officers were present in the meeting. |
