J&K Sadiq Memorial Society felicitated migrants artists from Kashmir with the Sadiq Memorial Award 2007.
Rafiq Sadiq, chairman, Sadiq Memorial Society felicitated Mohan Lal Saraf, Bihari Kak, Ashok, Zafrani, Shadi Lal Koul, Bansi Lal Mattoo, Jai Kishori Handoo and Bharti Zaroo.
Pt. Mangat Ram Sharma was the Chief guest on the occasion. The function was presided over by Vice Chancellor, University, Amitabh Mattoo. Others present on this occasion included Rafeeq Masoodi, secretary, J&K Academy of Arts, Culture and Languages, Mayor Narinder Singh and Rafiq Sadiq, Chairman Sadiq Memorial Society.
